Products
Six products. One platform.
The end-to-end platform designs, prices, verifies, and pays out a rebate program as one system. That system is offered as six suites, and each one runs on its own. Every suite packages a set of named modules under one product.
Design a program and price every project inside it, on one published methodology.
One product with two zoom levels. Designer shapes a whole program: budget, eligible geography, measure mix, incentive terms, priced in real time against the published methodology. The six calculators price a single project the same way: the funding stack, the rate plan, the true cost of financing, the ownership split, the itemized quote, the competing offers. The same engine prices both, so a funder never reconciles two sets of numbers.

One application surface that enforces the program's rules and loses no one on the way in.
The resident-facing front door of a program. Intake enforces the compiled program specification from the first field, Qualify screens eligibility the same way on every applicant, Translate and Reach keep a language barrier or a stalled session from ending an otherwise eligible application, and Conform catches the mechanical accessibility misses before an audit does.

Everything a field visit needs to know about one home, in the order the visit needs it.
Eight tools for the person standing in the home. Price the measures, benchmark the usage against similar homes, check a device's demand response readiness, read what the bill history and the meter file actually say, record the health and safety walkthrough, and track the deferral if the home cannot proceed. Now sequences all of it into one guided sitting on one device.

Check the evidence before anyone is paid, and send what the checks cannot settle to a person.
Decide what to trust before money moves. Photo evidence is reviewed against program rules, capture-integrity and fraud-risk checks run on every image without touching location, the same address is caught across programs, and a demand response event is checked against what it actually curtailed. What the automated checks cannot settle routes to the right reviewer, or to a live session with eyes on the home.

Run a live program: budget, contractors, job costs, payments, and the systems you already use.
Keep a live program running and paying correctly. Budget burn and the month the money runs out, where applications stall and how long each step takes, contractor paperwork before it lapses, every job's true cost against the program's cap, payment instructions an auditor can follow, and program events landing in the CRM and accounting systems the team already runs.

Turn program data into a number a regulator, a board, or a utility partner can trust.
Everything in this suite is made to be handed to someone outside the program's own team. Figures that carry their labels, compliance reports shaped to the mandate that asks for them, measured savings read from utility bills, avoided emissions on stated factors, savings aggregated into the shape a utility asks for, and completed cases fingerprinted so no one can claim the numbers moved.

Standalone, or together.
Every product runs on its own or as part of the end-to-end platform. They share one pricing engine, one evidence standard, and one reporting ledger, so a program that starts with a single product can grow into the full platform without migrating anything.
The end-to-end platform remains the primary way WattShed runs a program: budget and terms in, methodology-priced offers, photo-verified installs, and auditable contractor payments out. Each suite works the same way, standalone or plugged into that full platform. The suites exist for funders who already have part of that chain and need the rest of it done properly.
