WattShed Authorize
Payment instructions a funder can hand to an auditor.
Authorize turns cleared evidence into auditable payment instructions. Each accepted application carries a fixed milestone ladder, from contractor match through work verification to advance and final payment, and an instruction is issued only when the milestone's evidence requirement is satisfied. The funder's own disbursement system moves the money. WattShed issues the instruction and the paper trail, and never touches program funds.
