WattShed Connect

Program events land in the systems you already run.

Connect moves program events to where a funder's team already works. When an application advances, evidence clears, or a payment instruction is issued, Connect pushes that event to the systems that need to know: a CRM, an accounting ledger, a reporting warehouse, or a plain webhook endpoint. Reporting surfaces like Ledger and Comply show a program's state; Connect is how that state reaches everything else without anyone re-keying it.

What it does.

  • Pushes status-change events outward: application progress, evidence decisions, payment instructions issued.

  • Delivers to plain signed webhooks first, with named integrations arranged per funder.

  • Carries program-level facts, not resident photos or street addresses.

  • Retries and records every delivery, so a missed event is visible rather than silent.

  • Publishes its event payloads openly, so a funder's team can build against them before arranging anything.

Who it is for.

Funder operations teams

See program progress in the CRM and books you already run, without exports.

Utilities and public program administrators

Feed the systems of record that a mandate already requires, automatically.

Partner platforms

Build on program events through documented, signed payloads.

How it works.

01

Choose the events

Application, evidence, and payment-instruction events, per program.

02

Point the endpoint

A signed webhook endpoint, or a named integration arranged per funder.

03

Trust the delivery

Every event delivery is recorded and retried, and failures are visible.

What it does, and what it deliberately does not.

Connect does

Delivers program events to the funder's own systems

Connect does not

Does not carry resident photos or street addresses in any payload

Connect does

Records and retries every delivery

Connect does not

Does not silently drop an event a system missed
