When Evidence review or a Liveness session leaves a real question open, the case goes to a scheduled live video session: a reviewer, the person on site, and the case's evidence side by side. It is the alternative to an outright denial for edge cases, and the alternative to a truck roll for questions a camera can answer. Location checks stay where they already are, in the evidence record, never scored live during the call.
