What the contact form stores

When you submit the contact form, we store exactly five things: your name, your email address, your company (if you provide one), the text of your message, and the timestamp of the submission. Nothing else about you is collected through that form.

Why we store it

We store this information for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond replying to the message you sent.

What we do not do

We do not sell this information. We do not share it with third parties, except a transactional email provider used solely to deliver your message to us. We do not run advertising or tracking pixels off the back of a contact submission.

Requesting deletion

To request that we delete a contact submission, use the contact form and ask us to delete your prior message, including enough detail (your name, email, and roughly when you submitted it) for us to find it. We will confirm once it is removed.

The design-a-program tool

The public program designer computes everything in your browser. It does not send your inputs to our servers unless you use the contact form to discuss a program, in which case only the message you send (and any program details it includes) is stored, exactly as described above.
