What this site is
This site describes WattShed, a program creator and clearinghouse for privately funded residential efficiency programs, and offers a public tool for designing and pricing a hypothetical program.
The designer's figures are estimates
Every figure the program designer produces is a methodology-based estimate for a hypothetical or representative case, not a guarantee of results, savings, or approval. Where a figure is simulated, estimated, or verified, the page labels it as such. Estimates are not offers, and using the designer creates no obligation on either side.
The resident application flow is a staged demonstration
Portions of this site show a staged demonstration of the resident-facing application flow for an existing program. No payment processor is connected to that flow and no real funds move through it today. It exists to show how the full lifecycle works end to end, not as a live offer to residents outside that program.
No warranties
This site and its tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any result reported by the designer will match real-world outcomes.
