WattShed Yield

Live, self-serve

Where applications stall, and how long each step takes.

Yield turns a program's stage export into the funnel picture every operator sketches on a whiteboard: how many applications reached each stage, the conversion between consecutive steps, the median days each step takes, and where every application currently sits. The funnel order is the program's own, the counting rule is stated on the report, and the weakest step is named rather than left for a meeting to discover.

What it does.

  • Counts how many applications reached each stage of the funnel order you define.

  • Computes conversion between consecutive stages and the median days each step takes.

  • Shows where every application currently sits, and which stage names fell outside the funnel.

  • Names the weakest conversion step plainly when it is genuinely weak.

  • Runs in the browser on the program's own export. Nothing uploaded or stored.

Who it is for.

Program managers

Fix the step that actually loses applicants instead of the one that feels slow.

Utilities and public program administrators

Report pipeline health in stages a commission recognizes, with the counting rule stated.

Funders watching conversion

See how many started applications become completed homes, and where the difference goes.

How it works.

01

Load the stages

One row per stage event: application, stage, date. It stays in the browser.

02

Order the funnel

Put the program's stages in order. Off-funnel stage names are listed, not silently dropped.

03

Read the funnel

Reached counts, step conversion, median days, and where every application sits today.

What it does, and what it deliberately does not.

Yield does

Computes funnel metrics from the program's own stage export

Yield does not

Does not guess stages, dates, or reasons for drop-off

Yield does

States its counting rule on the report

Yield does not

Does not upload, store, or transmit the export anywhere

Availability.

The funnel check is live today as a public self-serve tool, no account required, nothing uploaded. Standing funnel reporting wired to a live WattShed program is arranged with WattShed directly.
