Applicants and administrators hold meter data as portal CSV downloads and Green Button exports, and every analysis downstream is only as good as what those files actually contain. Sift parses either format in the browser, reports the file's quality: cadence, coverage, gaps, duplicates, dead stretches, and summarizes the load shape. What it never does is fetch from a utility or estimate a missing reading.
