Pattern reads a home's story out of its own bill history: whether winters or summers drive the usage, which months broke the home's own seasonal norm, and how much of every bill is year-round baseload no weather explains. When a county is chosen, the county's annual heating-and-cooling balance provides context for whether the profile is expected there. Monthly weather is deliberately not modeled, and no weather normalization is claimed anywhere: an anomaly is a month worth asking about, never a finding.
