Measure answers the question every funder eventually gets asked: did usage actually go down. It compares the twelve months of bills before a retrofit against the months after it, matching January to January and July to July so seasons cancel out, and reports the difference as an estimate with its assumptions in plain sight. It is deliberately not weather-normalized: a hotter or colder year moves these figures, and the report says so on every surface. Weather-normalized M&V is the arranged tier behind it.
What it does.
Pairs each post-retrofit month with the same calendar month before the work, excluding the retrofit month itself as mixed.
Reports savings in kWh and percent over the paired months, and annualizes only when enough months pair up.
States its method on the report itself: raw billed kWh, matched months, not weather-normalized.
Flags thin coverage, usage increases, and outlier months worth checking against the paper bills.
Runs in the browser on a CSV of monthly usage. Nothing is uploaded or stored.

Load the usage
A CSV of monthly kWh, at least a year around the retrofit. It is read in the browser and never uploaded.
Mark the retrofit month
The month the work completed. It is excluded from the comparison as a mixed month.
Read the estimate
Paired-month savings, an annualized figure when coverage allows, and the signals that qualify it.
