Comply answers them from a program's own export, computed in the browser, with every skipped row accounted for rather than silently dropped.

What it does.

Parses a program's CSV export in the browser and maps its columns to the fields a mandate report needs.
Counts applications by status and computes the approval rate over the statuses the program defines as approved and denied.
Computes decision turnaround, median and mean, over rows that carry both a submitted and a decided date.
Shows monthly application volume and accounts for every skipped row with a stated reason.
Exports the summary as CSV and prints clean. Nothing is uploaded or stored.
